European Mechanical Engineering Student Council Congress (EMESCC)

The EMESCC (European Mechanical Engineering Student Council Congress) is an annual meeting of the European mechanical engineering student councils since 2012. In addition to mechanical engineering, this also includes process engineering, aerospace engineering and other related courses of study.

During the congress, the student council members exchange ideas on topics such as the harmonization of European semester times, different examination formats, orientation offers for new students and much more.

After a two-year Corona break, the EMESCC took place at TU Darmstadt from Nov. 9-13, 2022.

Despite the two-year break, the participation was a complete success and we were able to welcome 150 participants from 36 different student councils from Germany, Austria, Sweden, Finland and Estonia to Darmstadt.

In the following you can find the results report. In this report we have summarized the course and the results of the conference and recorded some impressions for you.

You will also find the organizing team, which organized the conference with the help of the other members of the mechanical engineering student body. If you have any questions about the EMESCC or the organization of such an event in general, you can always contact the .

Finally you will find the sponsors, who have supported the conference and without whom the event would not have been such a success.

In this sense, many thanks to all who participated and we are looking forward to the next conference!
